1. The Root Chakra - Red

There are no well-documented cases of people achieving total balance, much less allowing it to overflow. The Crown Chakra is a tap to connect us to universal energy, which is infinite. Therefore, it is impossible to become one over infinite energies; thus, no need to tone it down.
